Mark is a total legend. Very skilled and too generous. I had to do a minor repair and he didn’t accept payment despite spending 30 mins on it. Did fantastic work on my watch

Not only did they provide top-notch service, but they also went above and beyond by soldering a silver chain and fixing my ring at no charge. Marks expertise and skill in jewelry repair was truly impressive. When I mentioned my chain and ring issue, he didn't hesitate to offer their assistance. The soldering of the silver chain was done flawlessly, and my ring looks as good as new. The ring fix was quick and he did not charge me for that, which is a testament to their commitment to customer satisfaction. Mark made me feel cared and respected for. It's not often that you find a business willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer happiness. I'm genuinely grateful for the exceptional service I received, and I highly recommend Soul & Ice Jewellery to anyone in Salt - Kingscliff or the wider Tweed area. They're not just about selling jewelry; they're about building lasting relationships with their customers. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Mark's work is absolutely phenomenal. I had gold hardware on a wallet, belt, and bag re-plated and each item looked exceptional. Mark was kind enough to even plate the feet of the bag complimentarily. I would highly recommend Mark's services and look forward to returning with other items in the future!
